Billing Terms & Conditions

Warranty Period

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. We also offer a 3-year warranty specifically for wood-louse (Ghun) attacks. Warranty claims will be assessed based on an on-site inspection by a qualified customer care representative.

Warranty Procedure

To avail of warranty services, customers must retain the purchase voucher. Please note, there is no warranty on glass, fabric, or rexin materials. In the event of a warranty claim, the company reserves the right to repair, rework, or replace only the defective part(s) of the product.

Terms of Payment

A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours before the product delivery.

Mode of Payment

We accept payments via cash, fund transfer (Bank Account, Mobile Banking), debit card, credit card, or cheque. If payment is made by cheque, delivery will occur only after the cheque has been cleared.

Fitting Schedule

For knockdown furniture, our technician will visit the customer’s location within 48 to 72 hours after product delivery to complete the fitting.

Order Change or Cancellation

Order cancellation is not permitted; however, changes can be made within three days of placing the order. Custom-made, broken, or fabric products are not eligible for order changes.

Order Validity

Orders remain valid for 3 months from the date of order.

Delivery Period

Delivery will be made from available stock. If the product is out of stock, delivery will be scheduled based on customer consultation, with timelines ranging from 3 to 36 days. The delivery date may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.

Product Development

Product development is an ongoing process, and minor modifications may occur across different versions. These changes will not affect the product’s functionality or quality.

Inventory Holding Cost

If the customer requests a delay in delivery, the request must be made at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery extensions cannot exceed 14 days. For extensions beyond 2 weeks, a holding fee of 0.20% of the total order value per day will apply.

User Instructions

  • Any spills should be wiped away immediately with a soft, dry cloth to prevent discoloration.
  • When adjusting the position of furniture, always lift it rather than dragging it across a finished surface to avoid damage.
  • Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or in areas that are excessively wet or humid. Maintaining proper temperature and humidity levels is essential for prolonging the life of wood furniture, leather, and upholstery.
  • Solid tabletops, such as wood, may expand slightly in the summer and contract in the winter without affecting their quality or function.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals such as nail polish remover, hair spray, perfume, or glass cleaner (or any other solvent-containing products) on hardwood surfaces.
  • Always use a protective layer, such as cotton, linen, or felt fabric, between objects and lacquered surfaces to prevent damage.
  • Avoid exposing furniture finishes to high heat, cold, or moisture from devices like laptops, desktops, or ovens.
  • While our furniture is termite-resistant, it is not immune to white ants. Ensure ample sunlight and airflow around your furniture to deter them. Additionally, keep furniture away from wet, damp environments to prevent fungus growth.
