By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein) and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms.

The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please read these Terms and Conditions before using this Web Site.

PRIVACY

The personal information / data provided to us by you or your use of the Site will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used in the manner specified in the Privacy Agreement, please do not use the Site.

MOBILE NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS OF USERS

Users are required to submit a valid mobile number & email address, before they submit any order for communication. The mobile number & email address of the User shall not be publicly displayed.

PRICING

All of the goods prices are including VAT as per Government rule.

WARRANTY/REPAIRS

  1. Our products come with a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and service.
  2. Repairs and Exchanges on items will be solely at the discretion of Expose Furniture. Please send photographs of damaged goods to Customer Service for evaluation at expose.crm@gmail.com
  3. Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to chemicals or liquids, accidents, or any use for which the product was not designed.
  4. Additional Fees will apply to repair jobs beyond the warranty period or if not covered.

 

DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is scheduled via Customer Service. Notification of delivery availability will occur within 72 Hours of your purchase if the items are in stock. In case of stock unavailable, it will take maximum 2 weeks.
  2. Delivery charges are based on location and size of order. Initially we are offering free delivery service within Dhaka City.
  3. Additional charges may apply for any item that require to deliver outside of the Dhaka city. Please contact with our hotline (01877713200, 01877713201) before place any order which need to deliver outside of the Dhaka city to confirm about the delivery charges.
  4. Customers must Measure carefully to ensure that all items purchased will fit through entry ways, staircases, hallway turned and elevators.
  5. All Delivery fees are non-refundable in the event that an item does not fit and must be returned.
  6. Space for the furniture must be cleared prior to delivery. Our delivery service personnel are not authorized to move or assist in moving furniture in the customer’s home.
  7. Additional Fees will apply for any items that do not fit in the elevator, requiring walk up / down service.
  8. Inspect all items at the time of delivery and accept only as in “good condition.”
  9. Any issues must be reported to Customer Service department at time of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

  1. Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange. Refund will take place as a form of Exchange.
  2. All furniture purchases can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase date unless otherwise noted as a FINAL SALE item.
  3. A 15% restocking fee will be added to all returns requested after the 72 hours of purchase and are available within 7 days of receipt of goods. Restocking fee do not apply to Accessories.
  4. Expose Furniture does not accept returns after 7 days from receipt of goods.
  5. Delivery or Shipping Fees are non-refundable on all returns or exchanges once the service is rendered and accepted by the customer.
  6. The following items are considered as FINAL SALE and are not available for return.
  7. Special order Furniture that is custom made, Lifestyle items orders are considered a “Special Order”
  8. Items that are modified to Client’s specifications
  9. Price adjustments in the form of a store credit for purchases made up to 7 days prior to a sale.
